The moment your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with everything you need to follow its journey to you. Check your order details or the carrier’s site to see your package’s progress. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

The delivery window begins when the carrier receives your order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping times stated below as this will vary depending on location. 

If your tracking information confirms delivery and you have not received your order, we suggest waiting 48 hours. If your order still has not arrived within that time window, please contact us. 

Please be advised that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. 

Domestic Orders 

All orders within the APAC region will be delivered via Standard SF Express within 2-6 business days. Free shipping is available for orders over HKD2,500.

International Orders

All orders shipped internationally will be delivered via DHL within 7-14 business days, and may incur customs fees, duties, and taxes. These additional fees incurred will be the responsibility of the recipient and will be calculated, displayed, and charged at checkout. Please be advised that the amount of duties and taxes displayed at checkout is only an estimation and may not be a reflection of the actual amount charged to you.
