Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

We are unable to change the shipping address once an order is placed.

The delivery window begins when the carrier receives your order. The delivery window may be extended during holidays and peak periods.

The moment your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. Check your order details or the carrier’s site to see your package’s progress.

If your tracking information confirms delivery and you have not received your order, we suggest waiting 48 hours. If your order still has not arrived within that time window, please contact us

Shipping rates are non-refundable.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.


Domestic Orders 

For all orders shipping within Mainland China, shipping is free.

Shipping rates for prototype items are subject to change and are not fixed.


International Orders

For orders below $200, a $30 shipping cost will be added at checkout. For order above $200, shipping is free. Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

International orders may incur customs fees, duties, and taxes. These additional fees incurred will be the responsibility of the recipient and will be calculated, displayed, and charged at checkout. The amount of duties and taxes displayed at checkout is only an estimation and may not be a reflection of the actual amount charged to you. 

Failed Delivery or Returned to Sender

If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to us at your expense.

If you are absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be returned to us at your expense.

Orange Label Studio is not responsible and will not reimburse any duties or taxes resulting from a failed delivery or failure to pay additional duties upon arrival.

Damaged/Opened Packages

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us.

Lost Packages

Orange Label Studio is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages that have been signed for. Customers will absorb the costs of stolen/lost packages.
