Returns

All returns must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving your item(s).

To be eligible for return, all items must be returned in their original packaging, clean, unworn, unaltered, free of any odours or fragrances and in sale-able condition.

If an item does not meet this criteria, it will be denied and sent back to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.

Prototype items are final sale

Once a Prototype order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, returned nor refunded - with no exceptions.

Return Instructions for Mainland China Orders

For items eligible for return, please submit a request through your Orange Label Studio account within 7 business days of receiving the item(s). 

If you've placed your order as a guest, create an account using the same email address you checked out with.

Once approved, please ensure that the label is used within 7 days upon receiving before printing.

Please pack all items you are returning and include your original packing slip, noting the items you are returning. 

Please allow 10-14 business days for all returns to be processed.

Refunds

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us.
