How can I track my package?
The moment your Orange Label Studio order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with everything you need to follow its journey to you. Check your order details or the carrier’s site to see your package’s progress.
We take up to 7 business days to carefully prepare your order before it ships. During our busiest seasons, we might need a little extra time to ensure every detail is perfect.
While rare, occasional delays can happen - whether it’s payment verification, high demand for certain styles, or international customs taking a closer look. We’ll keep things moving as quickly as we can, and appreciate your understanding when timing needs to flex.
My tracking hasn't updated, what should I do?
If your tracking confirms delivery and you have not received your order, we suggest waiting 48 hours. Carriers can sometimes mark deliveries a bit early, and your package may still be en route.
If after 48 hours your package is still MIA, please contact us.

What is your return policy?

In the unlikely outcome where your item arrives with a defect or damages, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@orangelabelstudio.com. To smoothen the process, please provide:
- Photos of the defect/damage.
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
We'll provide a prepaid return label and process either:

✓ Or a replacement if available.
Please note:
- Original tags and packaging must be intact for defective item returns.
- We are not responsible for the risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any pieces not in the required condition will be returned to you.
